The Make & Bake

We could simply plan & host cannabis-themed events. That would be basic. & we're lots of things, but basic isn't one of them. We curate exclusive Cannabis Social Experiences & Events.

Join us for a unique experiential evening that activates all of your senses. Choose to create a cannabis-themed Craft (we call them CannaCrafts), enjoy the camaraderie of fellow tokers & smokers along with signature drinks, delicious small bites, & delectable desserts with tunes setting the mood.

Are you curious about Cannabis? Join us to learn more about it in a safe & fun atmosphere with our interactive activities and information.

Our Story

3 Crafty Buds

We are 3 friends merging our passions to curate Social Cannabis Experiences for the Community & the Culture in a safe, engaging, & interactive way.

Aunyx, a serial entrepreneur with a passion for small businesses, is an experienced and knowledgable handmade skincare artisan. She launched a Facebook group to support Mompreneurs on their entrepreneurial journey via self-care, pampering, & work-life balance.

Erika, a Jane-of-All-Trades-Master-of-a-Few, wears her tech-consultant hat by day and fuels her creative passions as a fragrance alchemist & chandler (candlemaker) at night. She works to create art & spaces that embrace the magic, beauty, & majesty that is Black women.

Zahirah is a talented teaching art activist, with a love for all things art, education, environment, and the Community. She hosts the annual Vegan BBQ Potluck with a social good component that supports environmental causes.

The Make & Bake is our take on a traditional party with a dash of sip & paint culture drizzled with a crafty cannabis twist. We utilize the love of Cannabis & Crafts to build inclusive communities; bring diverse people together via themed cannabis socials; because nothing brings people together like great food, fun, & that sticky icky.

We spread good vibes & artisan know-how; along with using our platform to flip the social stigmas on their heads around how people view Cannabis Culture, the Cannabis Business, Sisterhood, & Black Women as we represent all four.
